DHS Starts Collecting 10 Fingerprints from International Visitors
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced that it has begun collecting additional fingerprints from international visitors arriving at New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).

New H1B Regulations Released!! The USCIS issued an interim final rule on March 19, 2008 that applies to H1B petitions for fiscal year (FY) 2009. The rule modifies the selection process for H1B cap-subject petitions and restricts multiple H1B filings. It prohibits any employer from filing multiple H1B petitions for a single employee. An individual may be the beneficiary of multiple petitions filed by different companies.
