Our Law Firm will start forming a list of those that are interested in using our firm for the filing of H1B cap subject cases for Fiscal Year 2009.

Effective January 31, 2008, U.S. and Canadian citizens ages 19 and older should no longer expect that they will be able to prove identity and citizenship by relying on an oral declaration alone.

USCIS announced that a sufficient number of H2B filings have been received for the second half of Fiscal Year 2008. The news hit us all hard, both lawyers and employers will need to struggle to keep workers on the job and the business going.

It is time to think positive thoughts for 2008 and beyond. So, here is a warm wish for you and your loved ones the very best in the New Year.
